Refund policy

The VetteCluster digital instrument cluster includes a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty and return eligibility are void if the unit has been:

• Modified, reprogrammed, reflashed, or had its software/firmware altered.
• Opened, disassembled, or repaired by anyone other than VetteCluster.
• Tampered with in any way, including unauthorized hardware or software modifications.
• Damaged due to misuse, improper installation, accidents, water intrusion, electrical damage, or neglect.

Products returned with evidence of unauthorized modification or tampering are not eligible for a refund, replacement, or warranty service.

This wording is much stronger legally and covers software changes, hardware changes, and physical tampering rather than only saying the programming was altered.
